At Murtiya (brand names: Murtiya, Paridhan Street), legally operated by Infi Technology, we understand that packaging is a crucial part of safely receiving any product. Proper packaging helps handle, protect, and absorb shocks during transit, ensuring that your sacred and valuable items reach you in the best possible condition.

Once a shipment is handed over to the third-party shipping company, neither we nor the customer can physically control how it is handled during transportation. Natural and uncontrollable events such as rain, snow, thunderstorms, turbulence during flights, or transit movement may occur. This is why high-quality protective packaging plays a vital role in safe delivery.

To ensure maximum protection, we use different packaging methods depending on the product type.

1. Packaging for Marble Idols

Marble idols are valuable both financially and spiritually, and therefore require the highest level of protection.

Our packaging process includes:

• Foam-based protective molding that expands and forms the exact shape of the idol

• Placement inside a strong inner support box (metal or wooden, depending on size and weight)

• Additional outer box protection with foam cushioning on all sides

• Shock-absorbent structure to minimize damage during drops or movement in transit

We do not use low-quality thermocol sheets commonly used by other sellers, as they do not provide sufficient protection for delicate marble sculptures.

2. Packaging for Jewelry & Accessories

For items such as:

• Bangles

• Crowns

• Decorative ornaments

• Small pooja accessories

we follow a multi-layer protective method:

1. Wrapped securely in bubble wrap

2. Placed inside a rigid plastic protection box

3. Wrapped again with bubble wrap for extra cushioning

4. Sealed using BOPP tape to protect from water, moisture, or snow exposure

5. Inserted into a secure packaging flyer containing delivery documentation

This layered approach ensures impact resistance, water protection, and safe handling.

3. Packaging for Clothes & Fabric Items

Although clothing items are generally non-fragile, they still require careful packing to prevent:

• Pressure from heavier items

• Moisture exposure

• Dust or handling damage

Our process includes:

• Bubble wrap protection to handle transit weight and pressure

• Placement inside discreet, waterproof packaging flyers

• Secure sealing to maintain cleanliness, privacy, and protection from weather conditions
