  • For international orders, local taxes and customs fees are additional and borne by the customer.

6. Order Changes After Payment

  • If you change your order after payment and production has not begun, we will assist you in modifying your order.

  • If production has already started, any changes may be subject to rework charges as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Check card/bank balance or internet connectivity

  • Ensure correct information is entered

  • Try an alternate payment method, or

  • Contact your bank/payment provider for authorization
