All billing, legal responsibility, and contractual obligations are under Infi Technology.

Murtiya.com is an online store offering:

  • Marble deity statues

  • Brass idols

  • Pooja accessories

  • Deity clothes and jewelry

  • Customized religious sculptures

Most products are handcrafted, therefore natural variations in color, texture, finish, and size may occur and shall not be considered defects.

3. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Product Nature & Custom Manufacturing

  • Many items are made-to-order or customized.

  • Handcrafted marble idols require time for carving, polishing, painting, and finishing.

  • Minor artistic or stone variations are normal and not defects.

Murtiya is not liable for dissatisfaction caused by:

  • Natural marble patterns

  • Shade/color differences

  • Handmade artistic interpretation

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

5.1 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment

  • Design/work approval (if applicable)

5.2 Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order:

  • Refund will be issued after deducting the cost of completed work.

  • Example:

    • Cancellation after 10 days

    • 20% work completed

    • Refund = Total paid − cost of 20% completed work

Customized/personalized items may not be eligible for full refund once production begins.

6. Design Changes & Modifications

  • Only 2 changes/modifications are free.

  • Any additional modification is chargeable.

  • Major changes after production starts may:

    • Increase cost

    • Extend delivery time

    • Reduce refund eligibility

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • International buyers must pay:

    • Import duties

    • Customs fees

    • Taxes

    • Currency conversion charges

Murtiya is not responsible for customs delays or extra charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Third-Party Shipping

All deliveries are handled by independent third-party courier/logistics providers.
Therefore, their shipping policies, timelines, and liability rules apply.

8.2 Delay, Loss, or Damage

Murtiya is not responsible for:

  • Shipment delay

  • Lost packages

  • Transit damage

  • Customs holding

  • Courier service failure

8.3 Damage Claims

Damage claims will be processed only after the third-party courier settles the claim with us.

Customer must provide:

  • Proper unboxing video

  • Photos within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without proof may be rejected.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the religious, fragile, and customized nature of products:

  • Returns are generally not accepted.

  • Refunds apply only when:

    • Cancellation before significant production

    • Valid approved damage claim

    • Required by law

Refund timeline: 7–21 business days after approval.

10. Export Compliance

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for import legality in their country.

  • Murtiya is not liable for:

    • Customs seizure

    • Religious restrictions

    • Import refusal

Return shipping due to customs rejection is customer’s responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Images

  • Sculptures

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Text

is the exclusive property of Infi Technology / Murtiya and cannot be reused without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability of Murtiya/Infi Technology shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Emotional or spiritual expectations

  • Delivery delays

  • Third-party failures

  • Natural stone characteristics

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay/failure due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic

  • War

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruption

  • Labor issues

  • Any event beyond control

14. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping details

  • Avoid fraud or chargeback abuse

  • Use the website lawfully

Legal action may be taken for fraudulent activity.
